We have chosen Hilton Waikiki Beach Resort & Spa located at 2500 Kuhio Ave., Honolulu, Hawai’i as the host hotel for our event. Hotel registration is available by clicking this text. After doing so you will be able to register under our group rate.

Please note that the booking link only allows reservations for contracted group block dates (check-in on October 14th and check-out on October 18th, 2027). Guests should first reserve their stay within those dates to obtain a confirmation number.

If you wish to extend your stay, modify your reservation, or upgrade your accommodations, you must contact the in-house Reservations Department directly at (808) 921-5503 or reservations@hiltonwaikikihotel.com with your confirmation number. Quoted group rates are offered to attendees four (4) days before and after the event dates, subject to availability. The Reservations team will assist with any changes, as pre- or post-stay dates are outside the contracted room block.

Additionally, all rooms in our block are configured with two Queen beds. Guests may request a King bed in the special requests section during booking. Please note that Hilton fulfills these requests based on availability upon check-in.
